Key Experience Summary

I hold a PhD in biology, a BSc in chemistry, and a diploma degree in quality management. Currently I am working as a senior manager for First Consulting Group, with specialization in Project Management, Regulatory Compliance, Content Management and Process Improvement along the pharmaceutical value chain. In addition I am responsible for global Key Account Management and Business Development in Switzerland.

During my career I have gained more than 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries and in enterprise content management. I have successfully led several large implementations of Documentum based content management projects with multinational clients in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industry. I have profound knowledge in biotechnological processes for biopharmaceuticals manufacturing, in GMP, in computer and process validation and am a qualified Drumbeat analyst and SUMMIT validation specialist. As a performance improvement consultant I have successfully reengineered enterprise processes.

Before joining First Consulting Group, I was working as a senior manager in the International Pharma / Life Sciences Community for IBM Business Consulting Services’s (formerly PwC Consulting), with specialization in Regulatory and Compliance, Content Management and Research and Development. Before joining IBM Business Consulting Services / PricewaterhouseCoopers, I was the managing director of a Swiss production plant manufacturing sterile liquids and cell culture media for the biotechnological and pharmaceutical industry. I was responsible for quality planning, (customer) manufacturing, supply chain management, improvement of technical operations and the reengineering of manufacturing operations and quality services into a process-oriented organization to achieve maximum cost-benefit while increasing product quality and regulatory compliance.
